Shifting from gym to home workouts would have been uncomfortable for fitness freaks in the beginning of the lockdown. But as we slowly got used to life in lockdown, the aspect of fitness at home has also become something to get accustomed to. However, to keep your workout session more interesting and diverse so that it doesn’t get monotonous inside the four walls of your house, here are a few alternatives that you can adopt!
