Morning Green Smoothie

Have this tasty drink for a light breakfast or a satisfying snack!


  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 cup green tea
  • 300 grams of low-fat yoghurt
  • 2 cups stemmed and chopped spinach
  • 1 medium apple – cored and chopped
  • 1 cup of pomegranate
  • 1/4 avocado, chopped
  • 1/2-inch fresh ginger, peeled (optional)


  • Blitz all the ingredients in a blender and you’re good to go!
