state's capital STD code / Regional Office
immediately in the event of an accident or
loss. Required office contact numbers have
been given in policy booklet as well as in
this site.

- Please protect the damaged vehicle from
further damage and bring it to the place of
repairs immediately. Please obtain estimate
of repairs.
- Please notify police immediately in case
of theft/accident involving any State
transport buses/accident involving third
party or any major accident.
- In case of any third party involved in
accident and thereafter any communication
received from the MACT / Police / Third Party
should be sent to the Chola MS immediately.
- Under no circumstances should any
negotiations be held or liability admitted
- Please do not drive or keep the vehicle
in starting condition if there is any
oil/coolant leakage in the accident.
- Please avoid driving in the water
flooded roads.
- Please be present at the time of survey
in case of OD accident claims.
- Please submit the documents in original
as per requirement, with photocopies at the
time of survey for verification.
- Chola Ms offers to its customers
cashless settlements through its large
network of preferred garages. The details of
the garage may be checked through garage
locator or PG booklet provided along with
the policy. Preferred Garage.
