Car Insurance Renewal on the Go through Integrated Voice Response System (IVRS)
You can now renew your Chola MS car insurance policy through Integrated Voice Response System (IVRS). All you need to do is dial our toll free number 1800 200 5544. This facility is now available to both
Private Car and Chola Protect policy holders. Your car insurance policy can be renewed 45 days before
the expiry date.

- Quick renewal of Private car and Chola Protect policies from your landline or mobile
- Policy schedule will be sent by courier to the communication address & by email, once the
transaction is complete
Things you should keep handy before renewing
- Your policy number
- Your VISA/MasterCard Credit Card
- CVV number of the Credit Card (The last 3 digits on the reverse of your Credit Card)
- One time Password (OTP)# from the card issuing bank
Note: # To receive your OTP, visit your bank's website and follow the instructions. Or, call your bank's customer-care number. You can also obtain the OTP during the IVR call.
As per RBI guidelines, it is now mandatory to obtain an OTP from the bank, for all IVR transactions.
