The following steps need to be followed for Cash less Claims

If the Insured Person suffers Accidental Bodily Injury or is diagnosed with an Illness which leads to hospitalisation of more than 24 hrs and therefore leads to a claim, or requires a Day Care Procedure, then the insured shall immediately:

•

Give the Administrator notice of a claim in the form of a pre-authorisation

•

Expeditiously give or arrange for the Administrator to be provided with any and/or all information and documentation in respect of the claim that may be requested by the Insurer or the Administrator

•

Obtain the Administrator’s pre-authorisation for any medical treatment, which pre-authorisation shall, if the Administrator is satisfied as to the validity of the claim, specify:

•	The treatment authorised
•	The place at which it has been authorized
•	Any other conditions applicable to either
