This Policy covers loss of money due to the fraud or dishonesty committed by the employees.

• Fraud / dishonesty committed by the employee in connection with the employment during the uninterrupted service of employment with the insured

• Costs, fees and other expenses incurred by the Insured in establishing the loss
• All Consequential losses
• Costs of defending any legal proceedings
• Loss notified to any insurer prior to the inception of this Policy
• Loss of and/or damage to proprietary information or other confidential information of any kind
• Fraud / dishonesty of a known dishonest employee
