The policy is suitable for all types of civil engineering construction works ranging from small buildings to massive dams.

• Willful act or willful negligence
• Nuclear perils
• Loss discovered only at the time of taking an inventory
• Wear and tear, gradual deterioration due to atmospheric conditions or lack of use, rust.
• Loss or damage due to faulty design
• The cost of replacement, repair or rectification of defective material and / or workmanship
