What does the Policy Covers
?

Public Liability Policy provides
Indemnity to the insured against their legal
liability to pay compensation in accordance
with the Indian laws.

Additionally, it pays claimants'
costs and expenses in defending a claim as consented
by the Insurance Company.

Indemnity applies against
the liabilities for injury and/or damages to
third parties, arising out of or in connection
with Insured's occupation.

The claims must arise out
